Motor Third Part Liability is a duty and responsibility intended to protect the aggrieved party. The object of motor TPL is constituted by the civil liability of the vehicle owner or the person who has the owner’s authorisation to drive.
Thus, the person concluding a motor TPL contract sells his or her liability to the insurance company, the “insurer”. In the event of traffic damage, the insurer of the owner of the vehicle which has caused the traffic damage will pay to the aggrieved party the damages due to the guilty person.
